The area leading to the door to Skøl Hüs was just fine but felt a little dated and smelled a bit like bad spaghetti. Opening the door into the condo was like opening the door to a magical oasis! This condo is spacious and well designed, with lots of care to make it feel warm and inviting. The parking was easy and it was close to lots of shopping and the waterfront. We will definitely be back.
Our stay at Brix Skol Hüs was amazing! It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and a bonus was that it was well-stocked with all essentials (coffee, dish soap, paper towels, etc…)AND many games, puzzles, toys, and books! The beds were super comfortable as well. It was great to have the hotel pool to use also! Highly recommend this place!
We stayed at The Brix in Duluth, in Dockside Suite 2, and had a great experience. The suite was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully designed, and very well maintained, with high-end finishes that made it feel both comfortable and special. The amenities were excellent and added to the ease and enjoyment of our stay. The space felt modern, cozy, and functional—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, offering easy access to Duluth’s attractions while still feeling peaceful and private, especially being near the water. Check-in and communication were smooth, and it’s clear a lot of care went into the overall guest experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Brix, particularly Dockside Suite 2, to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Duluth.
Lovely stay at the dockside 2 suits with 2 young children. The suit was very well stocked and the owners are very responsive and kind. I will say, the walls are very thin, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! However, the accommodations in the suit are top notch and so cozy! Also, the suit is spotless!
Absolutely loved our stay at the Dockside Suite 2! The unit was everything we hoped for and more—immaculately clean, thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, and incredibly cozy. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. And the decor? Just adorable! Every detail added charm and warmth to the space. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this gem and would happily stay again!
Stayed in the Marine Iron and L'Etoile du Nord with some sisters and nieces. Both places were top notch! Many thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable and easy. We are hoping to be back again!
We loved staying here! It was a comfortable, fun stay. There were many personal touches throughout the space that made the stay excellent. We loved being walkable distance to almost everything and used the Brix Passport many times. It was a memorable vacation for our family, we look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend staying here.
Had a wonderful stay at The Brix! From the moment we walked it, until the moment we left it was great! Very clean and beautiful place to stay. Went with our 4 kids and in laws. So spacious for all of us. Had games for the kids, extra blankets for comfy movie nights on the big couch! Easy check in and check out process. Communication was great with host! Very thankful for the ability to create these great memories at such a beautiful place! Thanks so much again!
